What should notice when installing steel grating?
The Durable Mesh Grid Steel Grating has three installation methods: welding, installation clip installation and Angle steel embedding.
1. Welding
This installation is mainly used in the installation of Durable Mesh Grid Steel Grating that do not need to be disassembled, because once the welding is successful, it basically means that it cannot be disassembled later. The steel grating installed in this way generally only requires the four corners of the Durable Mesh Grid Steel Grating to be welded to the base at the bottom. If the steel grid is constantly pressed by heavy objects, we can weld more points to ensure the steel grid is strong. This installation method is very fast and efficient, but after the installation cannot be disassembled.
This installation method can be easily disassembled in the later stage, but the installation cost is also relatively high. The installation clamp of the Durable Mesh Grid Steel Grating is divided into A, B and C types. These three types of installation clips are directly fixed on the base of the Durable Mesh Grid Steel Grating by screws. If you want to remove it later, you only need to unscrew it with the tool.
